What can one say about our dear Uncle Jack? Uncle Jack possessed a love of life and a love of family that was inspiring to all who knew him. He could be the life of the party, but could also be a confidant and a caring friend. You always knew where you stood with Uncle Jack as he was not one to mix words, but he always had a way about him that made you feel wanted, important, and respected.
The first time I met Uncle Jack was approximately 32 year ago. I had never met a person with so many cameras before. He loved taking pictures of his family and friends, sometimes not the most flattering pictures, but always fun and fun loving pictures. If the 35mm was resting comfortably around his neck you had better watch out for the 110 hiding in pocket.
I will miss your hearty laugh, your handshake, and your friendship.
We will all miss you Uncle Jack. May you rest in peace.
