Obituary of Malcolm Ray Trent

Malcolm Ray “Mac” Trent, 86, of Lynchburg, passed away, Sunday, March 24, 2024, at Lynchburg General Hospital after a brief illness. 

Born September 17, 1937, in Lynchburg, he was the son of the late Clarence and Coretha Trent. He retired from Barker-Jennings Corporation after many years of service. He was a member of Leawood Baptist Church and a U.S. Army veteran. 

He was preceded in death by three brothers, Allen Trent, Frank Trent and Ronald Trent. 

He is survived by numerous nieces and nephews. 

Mac’s request was that no service be held.
