Obituary of Thelma Christine Wheeling

Thelma Christine Hall Wheeling, 90, of Lynchburg, passed away Friday, March 8, 2019 at Curis at Lynchburg.

Born May 17, 1928 in Pulaski, VA, she was a daughter of the late Jefferson B. and Ada Odell White Hall. She was a homemaker and longtime member of Beulah Baptist Church.

She is survived by one daughter, Sandra Teachey and her husband, Robert, of Hampton, VA; three grandchildren, Tim Wood (Christina), Robert Werth Teachey, II (Shanna) and Lindsay Austin Teachey (fiancé, Mike); two great grandchildren, Andrew Wood and Liam Teachey; one sister, Helen King of Pulaski, VA and many nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held Tuesday, March 12, 2019 at 1:00 PM at Fort Hill Memorial Park.

Memorial contributions may be made to Beulah Baptist Church or the American Heart Association.
